Supervise the daily operations of the retail store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.<\/p>\n
Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales goals.<\/p>\n
Train new and existing employees on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze sales trends and provide feedback and recommendations to store management.<\/p>\n
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any customer issues or complaints.<\/p>\n
Maintain the store’s visual merchandising standards to ensure a visually appealing and organized shopping environment.<\/p>\n
Assist in creating and implementing strategies to drive sales and meet company objectives.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other supervisors and store management to create a positive and cohesive work environment.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new product releases to effectively promote and sell merchandise.<\/p>\n
Handle any employee performance issues in a timely and professional manner.<\/p>\n
Manage employee schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak business hours.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all safety and security protocols to protect company assets and maintain a safe working environment.<\/p>\n
Assist in recruiting and hiring new sales associates as needed.<\/p>\n
