Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees, ensuring they are trained on company policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with the store manager to analyze sales reports and identify areas for improvement.<\/p>\n
