Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the store in the absence of the Store Manager.<\/p>\n
Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, addressing any concerns or issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.<\/p>\n
Ensure the store is visually appealing and all merchandise is displayed according to company standards.<\/p>\n
Train and coach sales associates on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service skills.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to increase sales.<\/p>\n
Maintain inventory levels and assist with restocking and merchandising as needed.<\/p>\n
Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and cash handling.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with Store Manager and other supervisors to create and implement sales and promotional strategies.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to sales associates.<\/p>\n
Assist with scheduling and assigning tasks to ensure adequate staffing and coverage.<\/p>\n
