Develop and lead a team of sales associates to achieve store goals and objectives.<\/p>\n
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers have a positive shopping experience.<\/p>\n
Drive sales by setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and implementing effective sales strategies.<\/p>\n
Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of sales associates.<\/p>\n
Ensure that the store is visually appealing and merchandise is displayed according to company standards.<\/p>\n
Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.<\/p>\n
Work closely with the Store Manager to analyze sales data and make recommendations to improve store performance.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory management, cash handling, and loss prevention.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition to make informed decisions and recommendations.<\/p>\n
Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating strong fashion knowledge, leadership skills, and a strong work ethic.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and visual merchandising, to execute company initiatives and promotions.<\/p>\n
Assist in the creation and implementation of store events and promotions to drive sales and increase brand awareness.<\/p>\n
Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Previous Retail Management Experience: A Qualified Assistant Store Manager At Calvin Klein Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In The Fashion Industry.<\/p>\n
