Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the customer experience and sales department, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.<\/p>\n
Lead and mentor a team of customer experience and sales associates, providing guidance, support, and coaching to help them achieve their goals and deliver exceptional service.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience, including but not limited to improving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans and initiatives that drive business growth and meet or exceed targets.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for strategies to optimize performance.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry best practices, to maintain high standards of customer service and sales.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular training and development sessions for the team to continuously improve their product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service skills.<\/p>\n
Proactively resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.<\/p>\n
Act as a brand ambassador for Calvin Klein, promoting our brand values and maintaining a strong presence in the market.<\/p>\n
Keep abreast of industry trends and competition, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management to support informed decision-making.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
