Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner as they enter the store.<\/p>\n
Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing the needs of each individual customer.<\/p>\n
Promote and sell Calvin Klein products to customers, explaining product features and benefits.<\/p>\n
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the store’s merchandise, including new arrivals and current promotions.<\/p>\n
Assist in maintaining the visual appearance of the store by restocking and organizing merchandise.<\/p>\n
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the store’s point-of-sale system.<\/p>\n
Meet and exceed sales goals by actively seeking out and engaging with customers.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with team members to ensure the store is running smoothly and efficiently.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and fashion knowledge to provide customers with the best possible shopping experience.<\/p>\n
Follow all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and inventory control measures.<\/p>\n
Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.<\/p>\n
Complete all necessary training and attend store meetings as required.<\/p>\n
Maintain a positive attitude and act as a brand ambassador for Calvin Klein.<\/p>\n
Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.<\/p>\n
Continuously work towards building and maintaining strong customer relationships.<\/p>\n
