Maintain a clean and organized work station, including sanitizing tools and equipment.<\/p>\n
Educate customers on proper hair care and styling techniques to maintain their look outside of the salon.<\/p>\n
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.<\/p>\n
Upsell salon products and services to customers to enhance their experience.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with team members to create a positive and welcoming salon atmosphere.<\/p>\n
Attend training sessions and workshops to continuously improve skills and stay informed on new techniques and products.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all salon policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines.<\/p>\n
Meet and exceed individual sales and service goals set by management.<\/p>\n
Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.<\/p>\n
Keep track of inventory and notify management when products need to be restocked.<\/p>\n
Assist with salon maintenance and cleaning duties, such as sweeping and restocking supplies.<\/p>\n
Continuously seek out opportunities to improve and grow within the company.<\/p>\n
