Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain operations and enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
Analyze market trends and consumer demand to forecast inventory needs and plan production accordingly.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure continuity of operations.
Utilize data and analytics to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, providing updates on supply chain performance and initiatives.
Adhere to all safety and quality standards to ensure consumer satisfaction and compliance with regulations.
Participate in special projects and initiatives related to supply chain management.
