Safely and responsibly operate a delivery truck to transport PepsiCo products to designated locations
Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving and making deliveries
Maintain and organize product inventory on delivery truck
Check product quality and quantity before and after deliveries
Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner, providing excellent customer service
Collaborate with team members to ensure all deliveries are completed on time
Keep accurate records of deliveries, including delivery time, location, and any potential issues
Communicate with dispatch to report any delays or issues with deliveries
Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on delivery truck
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and safety protocols
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including truck cab and cargo area
Continuously seek ways to improve delivery process and provide feedback to management
Represent PepsiCo in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
Valid Cdl Class A License: The First And Most Important Qualification For A Local Delivery Driver At Pepsico Is A Valid Commercial Driver’s License (Cdl) Class A. This License Allows The Individual To Operate A Commercial Vehicle With A Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (Gvwr) Of Over 26,000 Pounds.
Clean Driving Record: A Clean Driving Record Is Essential For Any Delivery Driver Position, And This Is No Different At Pepsico. Candidates Should Have No Major Traffic Violations Or Accidents On Their Record In Order To Be Considered For The Job.
Physical Fitness: Delivery Drivers At Pepsico Are Required To Load And Unload Heavy Products, Often Throughout The Day. As Such, Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Handle The Physical Demands Of The Job.
