Job Description: Customer Experience Representative (Remote)
Overview:
- Position: Fully remote customer service role
- Key Responsibilities:
- Take inbound calls and understand customers’ needs.
- Assist customers with healthcare claims and enrollment.
- Provide a positive and professional experience for customers, ensuring high-quality support.
- Handle up to 12 applications per call and resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Demonstrate excellent listening, research, and communication skills.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1+ year of call center experience
- Skills:
- Ability to de-escalate and manage difficult calls.
- High level of professionalism and a friendly, warm approach to customers.
- Strong attention to detail, with good research and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to navigate multiple tasks quickly, often with dual monitors.
- Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM with knowledge of keyboard shortcuts.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to transition between tasks smoothly.
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Location: Must reside in the US.
- Training: Must successfully complete mandatory 4-week paid training with 100% attendance.
