Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SEO/PPC Specialist to help us elevate our digital presence and drive organic and paid search performance. If you’re a strategic thinker with a passion for improving search rankings, managing PPC campaigns, and optimizing website traffic, we want to hear from you. The ideal candidate will have experience in SEO and PPC management, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to work with modern web technologies, including Webflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• SEO Strategy: Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, including thorough keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and content optimization.
• PPC Campaign Management: Lead and optimize pay-per-click advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant channels to drive targeted traffic, conversions, and ROI.
• Keyword Research & Analysis: Perform in-depth keyword research to uncover high-opportunity keywords for both organic and paid content strategies.
• Content Optimization: Collaborate with the content team to ensure website copy and blog content are optimized for SEO and user experience.
• Analytics & Reporting: Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on website performance using Google Analytics and other tools, providing actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
• Competitor & Industry Analysis: Stay on top of industry trends, analyze competitors, and identify emerging opportunities for growth.
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Implement strategies to improve website conversion rates and user engagement.
• Budget Management: Efficiently manage PPC budgets and optimize ad spending to maximize ROI.
• Ad Creative Development: Create and optimize ad creatives, including text ads and display banners, tailored to target audience needs.
• Webflow Management: Collaborate with the web development team to ensure website structure, layout, and content are optimized for SEO, user experience, and conversions, with a strong proficiency in Webflow for updates and improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of proven experience in SEO and PPC management, including a successful track record of improving organic rankings and driving PPC performance.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
• Strong experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other major PPC platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO).
• Familiarity with Webflow for website updates, SEO implementation, and content management.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and website optimization best practices.
• Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and website analytics tools.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
