We are on the look our for Quality engineers with hands on experience in handling instruments. Fresh Diploma holders in instrumentation, mechanical or electrical would be preferred. One year experience in calibration lab and NABL activities would be an added advantage.

Job Role includes

1. Calibration of laboratory instruments (hardness testers, thermometers, weighing balances, pressure gauges ovens etc. ) which includes preparation of job card, handling calibrations and preparation of calibration certificates.

2. Preparation of Calibration Schedules, Annual Maintenance contracts , Quotations and calibration certificates. Coordination with the customers for getting the annual maintenance contract , Handling clarification on calibration, certificates and planning of calibration work

3. Handling and maintenance of the calibration standards (master Standards) used in the laboratory. Coordination with the suppliers for getting quotations, prepare purchase order and send the standard for calibration and and receiving the item back to the office.

4. Handling the entire NABL, documentation and participation in NABL audits.

5. Trouble shooting using remote desktop software and creation of certificates for customers

Appointment and Training

There would be a 6 months training period and the designation would be Trainee Engineer. Extensive on site and office based training would be given for the engineer’s from the organization.

Compensation Package

Basic Pay of Rs 15000/- per month would be given.

For days present in office a food allowance of Rs 60/- would be offered.

Other Allowances

1.Medical insurance for a sum of Rs 50,000/- would be taken 6 months after joining the organization.

2. PF and ESI would be started after one year of joining.

3. Salary increment of up to Rs 2000 would be given after successful completion of one year depending on the performance of the individual.

5. Loyalty Bonus

In addition to the salary employee is eligible for loyalty bonus which would be for compensating for the commitment shown by employee towards the organization. If the employee exits the organization before completion of period then employee will not be eligible for Loyalty bonus.

1. Lump sum Rs 4000/- would be paid after completion of 12 months in the organization

2. Lump sum Rs 6000/- would be paid after completion of 24 months in the organization.
