Provide technical support and expertise for Yardi software to ensure its optimal performance for clients.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs in the Yardi software, working closely with the IT team and external vendors.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide solutions using Yardi software.
Conduct regular maintenance and updates to the Yardi software to ensure it is up-to-date and functioning efficiently.
Train and educate team members on the use and capabilities of Yardi software.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions through Yardi software.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Yardi software to make recommendations for enhancements and upgrades.
Create and maintain documentation, including user guides and training materials, for the Yardi software.
Provide project management support for Yardi software implementations and upgrades.
Proactively monitor and analyze system performance and usage to identify and resolve any potential issues.

Job Qualifications
Extensive Experience With Yardi Software: A Sr Yardi Application Analyst At Cbre Group Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Yardi Voyager And Other Related Software. They Should Be Proficient In All Aspects Of The Software, Including Configuration, Customization, And Troubleshooting.
Strong Technical Skills: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Possess Strong Technical Skills, Including Sql, Javascript, And Html. They Should Also Have Experience With Database Management, Data Manipulation, And Report Writing.
Project Management Experience: Cbre Group Is Looking For A Sr Yardi Application Analyst Who Has Experience Leading And Managing Large-Scale Projects. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing New Modules, Upgrading Systems, And Integrating New Software.
Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Sr Yardi Application Analyst, The Candidate Will Be Required To Work Closely With Various Teams, Including It, Finance, And Property Management. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills Are A Must-Have For This Role.
