Lead and manage complex data center projects from conception to completion.
Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
Communicate project updates and status reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Manage project resources and ensure efficient and effective utilization.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure work is being completed according to project specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely completion of project milestones.
Maintain a deep understanding of the data center industry, market trends, and best practices.
Oversee project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards.
Mentor and provide guidance to project team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve project processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage project budgets and ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints.
Represent the company in a professional manner, building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and partners.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Project Management, Specifically In Data Center Construction Or Management.
In-Depth Knowledge And Understanding Of Data Center Operations, Infrastructure, And Best Practices.
Proven Track Record In Delivering Successful Projects On Time And Within Budget.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders Effectively.
