Cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the aircraft, including the cabin, galley, lavatories, and cockpit.
Conducting thorough inspections of the aircraft before and after each flight to ensure cleanliness and report any damages or issues.
Following established cleaning procedures and using appropriate cleaning products and equipment to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Removing trash, debris, and any other items left behind by passengers or crew.
Restocking necessary supplies such as towels, blankets, and toiletries.
Maintaining and organizing cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure they are readily available for use.
Reporting any maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Adhering to all safety and security regulations and procedures while performing cleaning duties.
Working efficiently and effectively to meet tight turn-around times between flights.
Communicating with other team members and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed in a timely and thorough manner.
Providing exceptional customer service by responding to passenger inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintaining a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge.
Maintaining a high level of personal hygiene and appearance in accordance with company standards.
Assisting with other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.
