Conduct financial analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis to evaluate potential M&A opportunities and provide recommendations to senior management.
Develop financial models: Create complex financial models to support M&A transactions and assist in decision making.
Perform due diligence: Lead due diligence efforts, including reviewing financial statements, identifying risks and opportunities, and conducting market research.
Negotiate and structure deals: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate and structure M&A deals to ensure they align with Visa’s strategic objectives.
Manage integration process: Oversee the integration process of acquired companies, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Monitor financial performance: Monitor and analyze the financial performance of acquired companies to ensure they meet agreed-upon targets and identify areas for improvement.
Provide strategic insights: Use financial data and insights to provide strategic recommendations to senior management on potential M&A opportunities and their impact on Visa’s overall business.
Foster relationships: Cultivate relationships with potential acquisition targets, investment banks, and other external partners to expand Visa’s network and identify potential opportunities.
Stay updated on industry trends: Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments to identify potential M&A opportunities and assess their impact on Visa’s business.
Ensure compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the M&A process.
Train and mentor team members: Train and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and expertise in M&A finance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, tax, and accounting, to ensure a smooth and successful M&A process.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Mergers And Acquisitions, Preferably In The Financial Services Or Technology Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Analysis, Due Diligence, And Valuation Methods.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.
