Operate and maintain packaging equipment according to safety and quality standards.
Monitor packaging processes and make adjustments as needed to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure packaging meets company standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions with packaging equipment.
Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements.
Maintain accurate and thorough production records and reports.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
Keep work area clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Follow all sanitation and hygiene guidelines to ensure food safety standards are met.
Train and mentor new packaging technicians as needed.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow.
Continuously monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management.
Actively participate in meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement and cost savings.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and equipment to improve packaging processes.

Job Qualifications
High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Is Required For This Position. Additional Education Or Training In A Related Field Is Preferred.
Previous Packaging Experience: Previous Experience In A Packaging Or Manufacturing Environment Is Preferred. This Includes Experience With Operating And Troubleshooting Packaging Equipment.
Mechanical Aptitude: The Ability To Understand And Operate Complex Machinery Is Essential For This Role. Candidates Should Have A Strong Mechanical Aptitude And Be Comfortable Working With Tools And Equipment.
Attention To Detail: As A Packaging Technician, It Is Crucial To Have A Keen Eye For Detail And The Ability To Identify And Resolve Issues Quickly. This Role Involves Monitoring Production Lines And Ensuring Quality Packaging Standards Are Met.
