Collaborate with team members to develop and execute effective reset strategies for retail stores.
Conduct store visits to assess product displays and make necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
Communicate with store managers and employees to build strong relationships and address any issues or concerns.
Analyze sales data and consumer trends to make informed decisions on product placement and display.
Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock levels for all products.
Train and coach store employees on proper product placement and display techniques.
Work closely with merchandising and sales teams to understand and meet customer needs.
Follow company guidelines and standards for product display and placement.
Maintain accurate records and reports of store visits and product displays.
Continuously evaluate and improve reset processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to inform reset strategies.
Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold brand standards at all times.

Job Qualifications
High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education Required.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Retail Merchandising Or Store Resets.
