Merchandise Products: The primary responsibility of this position is to effectively merchandise PepsiCo products in a way that is visually appealing and drives sales. This includes setting up displays, arranging products, and ensuring they are stocked and rotated properly.
Creativity: The Merchandiser will be responsible for using their creativity and merchandising skills to come up with new and innovative ways to showcase PepsiCo products in stores. This could include creating attractive displays or coordinating promotional events.
Attention to Detail: This role requires a high level of attention to detail to ensure that products are accurately displayed, priced, and stocked. The Merchandiser must also be able to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies with product placement or pricing.
Customer Service: As a representative of PepsiCo, the Merchandiser will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience by maintaining a clean and organized appearance of the products and displays.
Time Management: This position requires the ability to manage time effectively and efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed within designated time frames. This includes setting up displays, restocking products, and completing administrative tasks.

Job Qualifications
Previous Retail Or Merchandising Experience: A Qualified Candidate For A Part-Time/Seasonal Merchandiser Role At Pepsico Should Have Previous Experience In Retail Or Merchandising, Preferably Within The Consumer Goods Industry. This Will Demonstrate An Understanding Of Merchandising Principles And The Ability To Implement Them Effectively.
Strong Organizational Skills: As A Part-Time Or Seasonal Employee, A Merchandiser At Pepsico Will Be Responsible For Ensuring That Products Are Properly Stocked, Rotated, And Displayed In A Timely Manner. This Requires Strong Organizational Skills To Manage Inventory, Track Sales, And Maintain Accurate Records.
Ability To Work Independently: Merchandising Is A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Job That Often Requires Working Alone And Managing Multiple Tasks Simultaneously. A Successful Candidate Should Be Self-Motivated And Able To Work Independently Without Constant Supervision.
