Safely and efficiently operate a delivery truck to transport PepsiCo products to designated locations.
Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety regulations while driving.
Ensure accuracy of delivered products by carefully checking and verifying product codes and quantities.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers during deliveries.
Communicate any product or delivery issues to appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
Keep accurate records of delivery routes, mileage, and daily activities.
Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by management.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the truck is in good working condition.
Assist with loading and unloading of products at each stop.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any customer concerns or issues.
Maintain a clean and organized truck at all times.
Report any vehicle maintenance or repair needs to management.
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Continuously strive to improve delivery processes and efficiency.
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Job Qualifications
Valid Cdl A License: This Is A Non-Negotiable Requirement For Any Local Delivery Driver Position At Pepsico. Cdl A Is The Highest Level Of Commercial Driver’s License And Is Necessary For Driving Large Vehicles Such As Delivery Trucks.
Clean Driving Record: Pepsico Expects All Of Its Delivery Drivers To Have A Clean Driving Record, Meaning No Major Traffic Violations Or Accidents In The Past Three Years. This Is Important For Ensuring The Safety Of Both The Driver And The Public.
Physical Fitness: Local Delivery Drivers At Pepsico Are Required To Handle Heavy Loads And Deliver Products To Multiple Locations In A Timely Manner. Therefore, Physical Fitness And The Ability To Lift And Move Heavy Objects Is A Necessary Qualification For This Job.
Customer Service Skills: As A Local Delivery Driver, You Will Be Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis. It Is Important To Have Strong Customer Service Skills To Ensure A Positive Experience For The Customers And Maintain Good Relationships With Them.
Familiarity With Delivery Routes And Procedures: Knowledge Of Local Roads And Delivery Procedures Is Essential For A Successful Local Delivery Driver. Pepsico Expects Its Drivers To Have A Good Understanding Of The Delivery Routes And Be Able To Navigate Efficiently To Meet Delivery Targets.
