Develop and maintain a deep understanding of PepsiCo’s business goals, processes, and systems in order to identify opportunities for leveraging AI technology.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design innovative AI solutions that align with business objectives.
Lead the design and implementation of AI strategies and initiatives, ensuring they are scalable and sustainable.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and machine learning and identify potential applications for PepsiCo.
Act as a subject matter expert on AI technology and provide guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to build and deploy AI models and algorithms.
Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of AI solutions to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Develop and maintain documentation on AI solutions, including processes, methodologies, and best practices.
Communicate progress and results to stakeholders, including senior leadership, in a clear and concise manner.

Job Qualifications
Advanced Knowledge And Experience In Artificial Intelligence And Machine Learning Technologies, Including Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, And Predictive Analytics.
Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Ai Solutions For Complex Business Problems, Preferably In The Consumer Goods Or Retail Industry.
Expertise In Data Architecture And Management, With A Strong Understanding Of Data Governance And Security Principles.
Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
Bachelor’s Or Master’s Degree In Computer Science, Data Science, Or A Related Field, With 8+ Years Of Experience In Ai Development And Architecture. Relevant Certifications, Such As Aws Certified Solutions Architect – Professional Or Microsoft Certified Azure Ai Engineer, Are A Plus.
