Review and evaluate commercial insurance claims to determine liability and potential exposure for the company.
Provide legal guidance and support to the claims handling team and other departments within the company.
Develop and implement strategies for the efficient resolution of commercial claims.
Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with insurance laws and regulations.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to negotiate and resolve claims.
Prepare and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
Represent the company in court proceedings and other legal proceedings.
Stay updated on changes in insurance laws and industry best practices related to commercial claims.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve claims handling processes and procedures.
Provide training and guidance to claims adjusters on legal matters related to commercial claims.
Maintain accurate and organized records of case files and legal documents.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions.
Continuously evaluate and mitigate potential risks for the company related to commercial claims.
Participate in industry conferences and events to stay informed about industry trends and developments.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Law, Insurance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Commercial Claims Handling, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Commercial Insurance Policies And Coverage, Including Property, Liability, And Workers’ Compensation.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills To Effectively Handle Complex And High-Value Claims.
Proven Track Record Of Providing Exceptional Customer Service And Resolving Claims Efficiently And Accurately.
