Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent for the Leadership Development Program.
Lead and mentor program participants, providing guidance and support to help them develop their leadership skills.
Create and facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance participants’ leadership abilities.
Collaborate with department leaders to identify project opportunities for program participants to gain hands-on experience.
Monitor and evaluate participants’ progress, providing feedback and coaching to help them reach their full potential.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for program participants.
Serve as a role model for leadership excellence, demonstrating strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in leadership development to continuously improve the program.
Create and maintain program materials, including curriculum, handouts, and presentations.
Collaborate with HR and department leaders to identify potential career opportunities for program graduates within the organization.
Communicate program updates and progress to senior management.
Represent Geico Auto Insurance and the Leadership Development Program at career fairs and networking events.
Develop and maintain relationships with colleges and universities to promote the program and attract top talent.
Continuously evaluate and improve the program to ensure its effectiveness and relevance.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Management, Or Human Resources.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Demonstrated Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Others.
