Develop and maintain BIOS software for Dell’s server systems in accordance with company standards and industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Continuously push the boundaries of technology to drive innovation and enhance the performance and capabilities of our server systems.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in server architecture to ensure Dell’s software remains cutting-edge.
Debug and troubleshoot BIOS software issues, providing timely and effective solutions to maintain high-quality standards.
Work closely with hardware engineers to ensure seamless integration of BIOS software with server hardware.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of BIOS software to ensure stability and compatibility with various server configurations.
Document and maintain detailed technical specifications, user manuals, and other relevant documentation for BIOS software.
Collaborate with the product management team to define and prioritize software features and enhancements.
Actively participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to maintain a high level of code quality and consistency.
Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical support and promoting their professional growth.
Adhere to project timelines and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality BIOS software.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Knowledge Of Server Hardware, Firmware, And Bios Development.
Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As C, C++, And Assembly.
Familiarity With Industry Standards And Protocols Such As Uefi And Acpi.
Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Team-Oriented Environment.
