Conduct signal integrity analysis and simulations to ensure high performance and quality of Dell products.
Design and develop signal integrity test plans and procedures to validate product designs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement signal integrity requirements.
Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and emerging technologies in signal integrity.
Identify and troubleshoot signal integrity issues and provide effective solutions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance signal integrity processes and methodologies.
Mentor and train junior engineers on signal integrity principles and techniques.
Participate in design reviews and provide recommendations for signal integrity optimization.
Work closely with hardware and software teams to integrate signal integrity requirements into product designs.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on signal integrity progress and any potential risks.
Analyze and interpret signal integrity data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
Develop and maintain documentation for signal integrity processes and procedures.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure signal integrity standards are met.
Stay current with industry standards and regulations related to signal integrity.
Act as a subject matter expert for signal integrity within the company.

Job Qualifications
Extensive Knowledge Of Signal Integrity Principles And Experience With High-Speed Digital Design, Including Experience With Pcb Layout And Analysis Tools Such As Hyperlynx And Altium Designer.
Strong Understanding Of Electromagnetic Interference (Emi) And Electromagnetic Compatibility (Emc) Standards And Regulations.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Designing And Validating High-Speed Digital Systems, Such As Ddr4/5 Memory Interfaces And Pcie 3.0/4.0.
Experience With Simulation And Analysis Tools Such As Spice, Ibis-Ami, And S-Parameters.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Lead Projects From Concept To Production.
