Provide compassionate and dedicated nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and assess resident’s health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on resident’s needs and goals.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to residents.
Educate residents and their families on health management and disease prevention.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
Adhere to all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and assist in maintaining a safe and healthy environment for residents.
Serve as an advocate for residents and ensure their needs and preferences are respected and addressed.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
Continuously update knowledge and skills through ongoing education and training.
Adhere to ethical and professional standards of nursing practice.
Display a positive attitude and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the healthcare facility.

Job Qualifications
Valid Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Employment.
Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Long-Term Care Or Skilled Nursing Facility.
Knowledge Of Nursing Principles, Procedures, And Techniques As Well As Laws, Regulations, And Guidelines Governing Long-Term Care.
Ability To Effectively Manage And Prioritize Multiple Tasks And Responsibilities, While Maintaining High-Quality Patient Care.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With A Compassionate And Patient-Centered Approach To Care.
