Oversee and manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and order fulfillment.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high levels of performance and job satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse operations to senior management.

Make recommendations for equipment, staffing, and other resources to support the growth and success of the warehouse operation.
