Perform routine maintenance tasks on production equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and make necessary repairs in a timely manner.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential equipment failures and address them proactively.
Monitor and maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Adhere to all safety and quality standards, following proper procedures and protocols.
Document all maintenance and repair work, including parts used and time spent, accurately and thoroughly.
Communicate effectively with management and team members to provide updates on equipment status and potential issues.
Stay updated on new technologies and techniques in maintenance and incorporate them into daily work.
Support and participate in company-wide initiatives for sustainability and quality improvement.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, assisting and mentoring other team members as needed.
Comply with all company policies and regulations, including but not limited to safety, quality, and attendance standards.

Job Qualifications
High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Maintenance Technician At Ball Corporation Should Have A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education To Ensure Basic Knowledge And Understanding Of Technical Concepts.
Technical Certification: A Technical Certification In A Relevant Field Such As Electrical, Mechanical, Or Industrial Maintenance Is Preferred To Demonstrate Proficiency In Specific Skills And Techniques Required For The Job.
Previous Maintenance Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Maintenance Role, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting. This Experience Should Include Troubleshooting, Repairing, And Maintaining Equipment And Machinery.
Knowledge Of Safety And Quality Standards: Maintenance Technicians At Ball Corporation Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Safety Protocols And Quality Standards To Ensure A Safe And Efficient Work Environment. Knowledge Of Osha Regulations Is Also Preferred.
Strong Mechanical And Electrical Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Knowledge Of Mechanical And Electrical Systems, Including The Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Manuals And Diagrams. Experience With Pneumatic And Hydraulic Systems Is Also Beneficial.
