Operate and maintain spray equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality production of metal packaging products.
Monitor and adjust spray parameters according to product specifications and quality standards.
Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet company and industry standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the spray process.
Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency and quality.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all company and industry safety protocols.
Keep accurate records of production data, including materials used, production rates, and any issues encountered.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of production goals.
Continuously train and stay up-to-date on new techniques and technologies related to inside spray processes.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to attendance, punctuality, and dress code.

Job Qualifications
Knowledge Of Inside Spray Processes: A Técnico(A) De Inside Spray Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Various Processes Involved In Inside Spray Operations, Including Equipment Setup, Spraying Techniques, And Quality Control Measures.
Experience With Coating Equipment: Candidates For This Role Should Have Hands-On Experience Operating And Maintaining Inside Spray Coating Equipment, Such As Spray Guns, Pumps, And Mixers.
Attention To Detail: As The Inside Spray Process Is Critical For Ensuring Product Quality And Consistency, It Is Essential For A Técnico(A) De Inside Spray To Possess Excellent Attention To Detail And Follow Precise Instructions.
Ability To Troubleshoot: In The Event Of Equipment Malfunctions Or Process Issues, A Técnico(A) De Inside Spray Should Be Able To Quickly Identify And Troubleshoot Problems To Minimize Downtime And Maintain Production Efficiency.
