Oversee the day-to-day operations of the plant and ensure all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
Lead and manage a team of plant employees, providing direction, guidance, and support to achieve company goals and objectives.
Ensure the plant is in compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Develop and implement strategies to improve plant performance, productivity, and quality.
Monitor and analyze plant metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication across departments.
Train and develop team members to maintain a high level of performance and promote a positive work culture.
Monitor and manage plant budget, including expenses for materials, equipment, and labor.
Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise within the plant and escalate to upper management when necessary.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices and implement them into the plant operations as appropriate.
