Oversee and optimize regional processes within the South America division to ensure operational excellence and efficiency.
Develop and implement a strategic plan for process improvement, taking into consideration the unique needs and challenges of the region.
Lead and mentor a team of process improvement specialists, providing guidance and support to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for further improvement.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in process improvement, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation within the organization.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment and support for process improvement initiatives.
Act as a change agent, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and driving adoption of new processes and procedures.
Communicate progress and results to senior leadership, highlighting the impact of process improvements on the organization.
Identify and address any barriers or challenges that may impede progress towards operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Regional Process Management, Preferably In The Packaging Or Manufacturing Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills With A Proven Track Record Of Managing And Developing A Team.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Regional Processes, Including Supply Chain, Logistics, And Inventory Management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
