Design and develop electrical systems and equipment for packaging solutions in accordance with industry standards and company specifications.
Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement or innovation in electrical engineering within the packaging industry.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient integration of electrical systems into overall packaging solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve any electrical issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.
Utilize technical expertise to improve and optimize existing electrical systems and processes.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in electrical engineering to continuously improve and enhance company offerings.
Maintain accurate and organized documentation of electrical designs, processes, and procedures.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working with electrical equipment.
Train and mentor junior team members on electrical engineering principles and practices.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field.
Experience With Plc Programming And Control Systems.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Electrical Design, Maintenance, Or Troubleshooting.
Proficiency In Using Design Software Such As Autocad, Solidworks, Or Similar Programs.
Strong Knowledge Of Electrical Codes And Regulations, Including Nec And Nfpa.
