Perform regular and preventative maintenance tasks on equipment in a food manufacturing facility.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and automation issues on production equipment.
Utilize knowledge of technical manuals and schematics to diagnose and repair equipment.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair tasks.
Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements.
Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe and clean work environment.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Keep inventory of spare parts and order replacements as needed.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and production team to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency.
Stay up-to-date on industry advancements and technologies to continuously improve maintenance practices.
Train and mentor junior technicians as needed.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Technical Skills: A Multi Craft Technician At Kellogg Should Possess A Strong Technical Background With Knowledge In Mechanical, Electrical, And Electronic Systems. They Should Be Able To Troubleshoot, Repair, And Maintain Machinery And Equipment.
Experience In Manufacturing: Candidates For This Position Should Have Experience Working In A Manufacturing Environment, Preferably In The Food Industry. They Should Have A Good Understanding Of Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, And Quality Control Measures.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Kellogg’s Multi Craft Technicians Should Have Excellent Problem-Solving Skills To Identify And Resolve Issues Quickly And Efficiently. They Should Be Able To Work Under Pressure And Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously.
