Oversee the reliability of all manufacturing processes and equipment within the site.
Implement and maintain a robust preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient production.
Identify and troubleshoot issues with equipment and processes, utilizing problem-solving skills and root cause analysis.
Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Provide technical expertise and support to the production team to ensure proper operation of equipment and processes.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize equipment and process reliability.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology to continuously improve processes and equipment.
