Design and implement complex digital logic for industry-leading 5G products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into RTL design specifications.
Develop and maintain RTL design and verification methodologies to ensure high-quality and high-performance designs.
Utilize industry-standard tools and techniques to design and verify RTL code.
Troubleshoot and debug RTL code to identify and resolve any functional or performance issues.
Work with physical design and layout teams to ensure successful integration of RTL code into chip designs.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies related to RTL design and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes.
Mentor and guide junior design engineers to ensure their growth and development.
Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders to provide regular updates on project progress and any potential roadblocks.
Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality designs within agreed upon deadlines.
Collaborate with other engineering teams to resolve any system-level issues that may arise during the design process.
Conduct thorough testing and verification of RTL designs to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards.
Ensure all designs meet regulatory and industry standards.
Continuously evaluate and improve design methodologies to increase efficiency and productivity.
Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Or Master’s Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Rtl Design And Verification For Asic Or Fpga.
Expertise In Verilog And/Or Systemverilog Programming Languages.
Strong Knowledge Of Industry Standard Eda Tools For Synthesis, Timing Analysis, And Simulation.
Experience With Low Power Design Techniques And Familiarity With Industry Protocols And Interfaces Such As Pcie, Usb, And Ddr.
