Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the clinical nutrition services department.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of nutrition services.
Train and supervise a team of clinical nutritionists and dietitians to ensure high-quality patient care.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff members, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized nutrition plans for patients.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Stay updated on current research and trends in the field of nutrition and integrate new findings into practice.
Work closely with the facility’s administration to develop and manage budgets for the nutrition services department.
Foster a positive and supportive work environment for staff, promoting teamwork and professional development.
Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers to address any concerns or issues related to nutrition services.
Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient assessments, progress, and treatment plans.
Continuously assess and improve the quality of nutrition services offered, seeking feedback from patients and staff.
Participate in meetings, conferences, and other professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation protocols in accordance with state and federal regulations.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Nutrition Or Related Field From An Accredited University.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience As A Registered Dietitian In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Supervisory Role.
Active Licensure As A Registered Dietitian By The Commission On Dietetic Registration.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Dietitians And Other Healthcare Professionals.
Knowledge Of Current Evidence-Based Practices And Regulations Related To Clinical Nutrition, As Well As Experience With Electronic Medical Records And Nutrition Software.
