Develop and implement strategic plans for the company’s enterprise performance management systems, in alignment with overall business objectives.
Lead and manage a team responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of EPM systems across the organization.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in EPM processes and systems, identifying areas for optimization and implementing solutions to enhance business performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective EPM solutions.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and make recommendations to senior management.
Ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to EPM systems.
Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to stay updated on the latest EPM tools and technologies.
Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides to facilitate the adoption and use of EPM systems across the organization.

Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and manage the budget for EPM systems, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.
Ensure the security and integrity of EPM systems and data, implementing appropriate controls and protocols to safeguard confidential information.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences, promoting our EPM capabilities and building relationships with potential clients and partners.

Job Qualifications
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
Bachelor’s Or Master’s Degree In Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Relevant Experience In Implementing And Managing Enterprise Performance Management Systems, Preferably In A Large, Global Organization.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Planning And Analysis, Along With Experience In Budgeting, Forecasting, And Variance Analysis.
Experience In Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Projects, With A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Successful Enterprise Performance Management Solutions.
