Maintain Inventory: The Stock Keyholder will be responsible for maintaining accurate and organized inventory levels in the store. This includes regularly monitoring stock levels, restocking items, and ordering new merchandise when needed.
Monitor and Track Sales: The Stock Keyholder will monitor and track sales trends to ensure that the store has the right amount of inventory in stock at all times. They will also analyze sales data to identify which products are selling well and which are not, and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing certain items.
Receive and Process Shipments: The Stock Keyholder will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming shipments of merchandise. This includes checking for accuracy, tagging and pricing items, and placing them in the appropriate location in the store.
Maintain Store Appearance: The Stock Keyholder will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and organization of the store. This includes keeping the stock room clean and organized, restocking shelves and displays, and ensuring that all merchandise is properly labeled and displayed.
Train and Supervise Staff: The Stock Keyholder will be responsible for training new employees on store procedures related to inventory management. They will also supervise and delegate tasks to other staff members to ensure that inventory tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Communicate with Management: The Stock Keyholder will communicate regularly with store management to provide updates on inventory levels, sales trends, and any issues or concerns that may arise. They will also make recommendations for improving inventory processes and procedures.
Adhere to Company Policies: The Stock Keyholder will adhere to all company policies and procedures related to inventory management, including safety protocols, loss prevention measures, and inventory tracking systems.
Provide Excellent Customer Service: As a representative of the Under Armour brand, the Stock Keyholder will provide excellent customer service to all customers. This may include assisting customers with finding products, answering questions, and resolving any issues or concerns related to inventory.

Job Qualifications
Previous Retail Management Experience: A Stock Keyholder Must Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In The Apparel Industry. This Experience Should Include Managing Stock And Inventory, As Well As Leading A Team.
Strong Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Proven Experience In Effectively Leading And Managing A Team. They Should Be Able To Motivate And Develop Team Members, As Well As Handle Any Conflicts Or Issues That May Arise.
Excellent Organizational Skills: As A Stock Keyholder, The Ability To Effectively Manage And Organize Inventory Is Crucial. The Candidate Should Be Able To Maintain Accurate Stock Levels, Track Inventory Movements, And Ensure That The Store Is Always Well-Stocked And Organized.
Knowledge Of Retail Operations: A Solid Understanding Of Retail Operations Is Essential For A Stock Keyholder. This Includes Knowledge Of Point-Of-Sale Systems, Inventory Management Software, And Store Policies And Procedures.
