Maintain the store’s inventory levels by restocking shelves, racks, and displays in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure accuracy and organization of merchandise by following proper stocking procedures.
Assist in receiving and processing new shipments, including unpacking, sorting, and labeling.
Monitor and report any inventory discrepancies or issues to management.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized stockroom and sales floor.
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with locating products and answering any questions they may have.
Maintain knowledge of all current and upcoming products to assist customers and make recommendations.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security measures.
Assist with store maintenance tasks such as cleaning, merchandising, and restocking supplies.
Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the Under Armour culture and values.
Proactively seek out and communicate any opportunities to improve the stocking and storing processes.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure store goals and objectives are met.
Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about company updates and product knowledge.
Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
Maintain a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the store, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Qualifications
High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Education Requirement For A Stock Associate Position At Under Armor Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Demonstrates Basic Knowledge And Understanding Of Core Subjects Such As Math, English, And Computer Skills.
Previous Retail Experience: Prior Experience In A Retail Environment, Especially In A Stock Or Inventory Role, Is Highly Preferred For A Stock Associate Position At Under Armor. This Shows A Candidate’s Ability To Handle Inventory Management, Restocking, And Other Related Tasks Efficiently.
