Assist the Store Manager in daily operations to ensure the store’s success and achievement of sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service and strive to exceed customer expectations.
Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Under Armor products, including features, benefits, and uses, to assist customers with their purchasing decisions.
Train and motivate sales associates to provide outstanding customer service and meet sales goals.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking to ensure products are always available for customers.
Create and maintain visual merchandising standards to attract and retain customers.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints, and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new team members.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase store sales and profitability.
Conduct regular store audits to ensure operational excellence and identify areas for improvement.
Assist with scheduling and managing employee shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak business hours.
Communicate regularly with the Store Manager and provide updates on store performance, customer feedback, and any issues or concerns.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Continuously strive to enhance product knowledge and keep up-to-date with industry trends and competition.
