Oversee and manage the daily operations of the retail store.
Ensure exceptional customer service is provided by all staff members.
Create and implement strategies to drive sales performance and meet targets.
Hire, train, and supervise a team of retail associates.
Motivate and inspire team members to achieve their goals and provide excellent customer service.
Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify trends and make necessary adjustments to improve performance.
Maintain store appearance and ensure merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with other store supervisors and management to develop and implement company-wide initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors’ activities to inform business decisions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Act as a brand ambassador and maintain a strong knowledge of Under Armor products.
Work closely with upper management to develop and implement strategies for store growth and success.

Job Qualifications
At Least 3-5 Years Of Supervisory Experience In A Retail Environment, Preferably In The Athletic Or Sportswear Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Motivate And Train A Team To Meet Sales Targets And Provide Excellent Customer Service.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Inventory Management, Visual Merchandising, And Store Operations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Both Customers And Employees.
A Passion For The Under Armor Brand And A Deep Understanding Of Its Products, History, And Values.
