Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner.
Represent the Under Armor brand and its values to customers.
Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs and preferences.
Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs and addressing any concerns or issues.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment to create a positive shopping experience for customers.
Stay informed about current promotions and product features to effectively communicate them to customers.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Continuously learn about new products and technologies to enhance product knowledge and better assist customers.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and respectful work environment.
Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic while working independently or in a team setting.
Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed.
Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and products.
Adhere to all customer service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.

Previous Retail Experience: A Strong Candidate For A Seasonal Sales Associate Position At Under Armor Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Similar Role.
Knowledge Of Sports And Fitness: Under Armor Is A Brand That Caters To Athletes And Fitness Enthusiasts, So A Solid Understanding And Interest In Sports And Fitness Is Essential For This Role.
Excellent Customer Service Skills: As A Seasonal Sales Associate, You Will Be Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis. Therefore, Strong Customer Service Skills, Including Communication And Problem-Solving, Are Crucial For Success In This Role.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: Under Armor Stores Can Get Busy, Especially During Peak Seasons. The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Thrive In A Fast-Paced Environment And Handle Multiple Tasks Efficiently.
Availability And Flexibility: Seasonal Positions At Under Armor Require Individuals To Be Available To Work During Peak Shopping Hours, Including Weekends And Holidays. Candidates Should Be Willing To Work A Flexible Schedule To Meet The Demands Of The Store.
