Provide exceptional customer service to all customers at our retail location.
Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products.
Meet and exceed sales goals by driving product and brand awareness.
Maintain a thorough understanding of Under Armor products, features, and benefits.
Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Assist with inventory management, including restocking and merchandising products.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and welcoming store environment.
Continuously stay updated on new products, promotions, and company initiatives.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members to resolve any issues or concerns.
Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, product performance, and store operations.
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Job Qualifications
Previous Sales Experience: A Successful Sales Teammate Pt At Under Armor Should Have Previous Experience In A Sales Role, Preferably In The Retail Industry. This Will Demonstrate Their Understanding Of The Sales Process And Their Ability To Meet Targets.
Excellent Communication Skills: As A Sales Teammate, One Will Be Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis, Therefore Strong Communication Skills Are Essential. This Includes The Ability To Listen Actively, Speak Confidently, And Provide Excellent Customer Service.
Knowledge Of Under Armor Products: Under Armor Offers A Wide Range Of Products, And A Sales Teammate Should Have A Good Understanding Of The Brand And Its Products. This Will Enable Them To Effectively Promote And Sell The Products To Customers.
Flexibility And Availability: This Position Requires Working 24 Hours Per Week, Which May Include Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays. A Sales Teammate Should Be Willing To Work Flexible Hours And Have A Consistent Availability To Meet The Needs Of The Store And Its Customers.
