Lead the development and design of user interfaces for Autodesk software products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing UI designs.
Develop and implement UI standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across all Autodesk products.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in UI design and incorporate them into our products.
Conduct regular user research and usability testing to gather feedback and make necessary improvements to the UI.
Mentor and guide junior engineers in UI development best practices and techniques.
Work closely with product managers and project managers to define UI requirements and timelines.
Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of UI components and features.
Troubleshoot and resolve any UI-related technical issues.
Continuously assess and improve the UI development process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with other Principal Engineers to establish and maintain overall software architecture and design principles.
Represent Autodesk at industry events and contribute to thought leadership in UI design and development.

Job Qualifications
