Greet and welcome customers to JCPenney, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers’ needs and recommending products that meet their preferences.
Utilize in-depth knowledge of beauty products and techniques to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Stay up-to-date on current beauty trends, products, and techniques to effectively educate and inform customers.
Closely monitor inventory levels and restock products as needed to ensure a fully stocked and visually appealing beauty department.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and loyalty.
Actively participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and attract new customers.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety and sanitation guidelines.
Collaborate with team members and management to reach individual and store sales goals.
Continuously seek ways to improve customer experience and increase sales, providing feedback and suggestions to management.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to cash handling, product returns, and customer service standards.
Attend training sessions and meetings to stay informed about new products and company policies.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the JCPenney brand with enthusiasm and passion.
Assist in the training and development of new team members as needed.
Handle customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner, striving to find resolution and maintain customer satisfaction.
