Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store: The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that the store is clean, tidy, and well-maintained. This includes tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and restocking supplies.
Provide excellent customer service: As a Custodial Associate, you will also be responsible for interacting with customers in a friendly and helpful manner. This may include answering questions, providing directions, and offering assistance as needed.
Perform routine cleaning tasks: This may include cleaning restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas of the store. You will also be responsible for emptying trash cans and properly disposing of waste.
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines: It is essential to follow all safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment for both customers and employees. This includes wearing appropriate protective gear and using cleaning products correctly.
Report any maintenance or repair needs: As you monitor the store for cleanliness, you will also be responsible for reporting any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department. This may include broken fixtures, leaks, or other issues that require attention.
Work independently and as part of a team: You will be expected to work independently to complete tasks, but also collaborate with other team members to ensure the store is always clean and presentable.

Job Qualifications
Previous Experience In Custodial Or Janitorial Work, Preferably In A Retail Or Commercial Setting.

Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Maintain A Clean And Organized Work Area.
