Greet and welcome customers to JCPenney with a friendly and positive attitude.
Assist with creating an exceptional shopping experience for customers by providing excellent customer service.
Ensure the store is well-maintained and organized, including restocking shelves and keeping the sales floor clean.
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and credit card payments.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
Receive and process incoming merchandise, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to the sales floor.
Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and procedures to effectively assist customers.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members, both verbally and in writing.
Operate cash registers and other equipment necessary for store operations.
Assist with inventory management, including conducting stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure the protection of customers, team members, and merchandise.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by demonstrating a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and offer suggestions to enhance store operations.
