Configure and test various Canon products according to company standards and procedures.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of pre-install configurations.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while working with complex technical equipment.
Communicate effectively with team members and customers to gather necessary information and resolve any issues that may arise during the configuration process.
Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to ensure successful product installation.
Document and report any product defects or issues to the appropriate parties.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while handling and operating equipment.
Keep up-to-date with new product releases and updates to ensure accurate and efficient configurations.
Provide exceptional customer service and support, both internally and externally.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety.
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Continuously look for ways to improve processes and procedures for pre-install configurations.
Attend training sessions and workshops as needed to enhance technical skills and product knowledge.
Proactively communicate any potential delays or issues with pre-install configurations to team members and supervisors.
Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive company and customer information.

Technical Knowledge And Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background And Understanding Of Computer Systems, Hardware, And Software. They Should Also Have Experience In Troubleshooting And Resolving Technical Issues.
Knowledge Of Canon Products: A Pre-Install Configuration Technician I Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Canon’s Product Line And The Ability To Configure And Install These Products According To Customer Specifications.
Attention To Detail: This Role Requires A High Level Of Attention To Detail And The Ability To Follow Instructions Accurately. The Technician Should Be Able To Identify And Resolve Any Issues That Arise During The Pre-Installation Process.
Communication Skills: The Technician Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written. They Will Need To Communicate With Customers, Colleagues, And Management To Ensure That Pre-Installation Processes Are Completed Efficiently And Effectively.
Time Management And Multitasking Abilities: A Pre-Install Configuration Technician I Must Be Able To Prioritize Tasks And Manage Their Time Effectively To Meet Tight Deadlines. They Should Also Be Able To Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously And Adapt To Changing Priorities.
