Conduct quality control inspections on manufacturing processes and products to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to ensure consistent quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
Perform root cause analysis and develop solutions for any quality issues that arise
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all quality control activities and results
Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support
Train and educate team members on quality control processes and procedures
Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance and make recommendations for continuous improvement
Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding quality control concerns and resolutions
Work closely with production teams to ensure quality is maintained throughout the manufacturing process
Continuously seek out and implement new technologies and methods to improve quality control processes.
