Lead the implementation of the Danaher Business System (DBS) at Beckman Coulter, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all functions of the organization, utilizing lean principles and methodologies.
Serve as a subject matter expert on DBS and lean principles, providing guidance and support to team members at all levels of the organization.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, to ensure buy-in and support for DBS initiatives.
Train and coach employees on DBS tools and methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
Monitor and track key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of DBS initiatives and identify areas for further improvement.
Lead and participate in DBS events such as kaizen workshops and process improvement projects, driving results and promoting a culture of problem-solving and innovation.
Continuously assess and identify opportunities for further integration and alignment of DBS with other Danaher operating companies.
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in lean and process improvement, incorporating new ideas and techniques into DBS initiatives as appropriate.

Job Qualifications
Strong Understanding Of The Danaher Business System (Dbs) And Its Principles, With Previous Experience Implementing Dbs Tools And Techniques In A Manufacturing Or Operations Environment.
Proven Track Record Of Leading And Driving Continuous Improvement Initiatives, Resulting In Measurable Business Results And Cost Savings.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Coach And Train Team Members At All Levels Of The Organization.
Demonstrated Project Management Experience, Including The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Technical Expertise In Lean Manufacturing And/Or Six Sigma Methodologies, With A Certification In Either Or Both Preferred.
